'رفض طلب العفو المقدم من قاتل مالكوم اكس للمره 13MALCOLM' PAROLE NIX

He's served 43 years behind bars, and now Malcolm X's assassin is filing suit to get out of prison. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Thomas Hagan says a parole board's decision not to release him for the 13th time is "arbitrary" and "capricious," and he wants a new hearing.
"On Feb. 21, 1965, you, and at least two others, entered a location in which innocent people had gathered in a peaceful setting," the parole decision says, referring to the Audubon Ballroom, where the civil-rights firebrand was gunned down while giving a speech.
"The nature of [my] offense will never change, and for the board to rely upon the seriousness of the crime to the exclusion of all other factors is improper," he contends.
Hagan admitted shooting the former Malcolm Little, and expressed regret in his filing.

الاسعار عندنا وعندهم.. والسكر غلى وانا احلى بإيه
فى عدد ١٦ ابريل صفحه ٦ من جريده الديلى نيوز التى تصدر يوميا فى نيويورك تقرير عن اسعار السلع الغذائيه فى امريكا سنه ١٩٩١ مقاربه باسعار اليوم 2008
شمل هذا التقرير مقارنه بين اسعار السلع الضروريه مثل اللبن والعيش واللحوم وغيرها. وبمناسبه الغلاء الفاحش فى مصر حاولت اعمل مقارنه بسيطه بين نسب زيارده الاسعار هنا فى امريكا ومصر.
مع ملاحظه هامه لابد من وضعها فى الاعتبار ألا وهى : الدولار بالنسبه لنا هنا كالجنيه فى مصر يعنى ماتقارنش فارق العمله حاول تفكر فى الدولار على انه وحده صرف زى الجنيه ماهو وحده الصرف فى مصر. برده وحده الوزن هنا فى امريكا هى الرطل. pound برضه ما تفكرش بين الفرق بين الوحدتين
سعـــر الفراخ سنه ١٩٩١ كان0.90$ دولار والسعر السنه دى 2008 وصل 0.99$ يعنى الزياده 9 سنت. بالنسبه لنا المفروض تكون 9قروش
السكر كان بـ 0.44$ فى سنه 1991 والنهارده سعره وصل 2.99$ بزياده قدره 75 سنت يعنى بالنسبه لنا المفروض تكون 75 قرشا
اللحمه كانت بــ 1.63$ والنهارده السعر اصبح 2.99$ بزياده قدرها 1.36$ يعنى برضه بالنسبه لنا جنيه و36 قرشا
العيش كان بــ 0.73$ والنهارده اصبح بـ 2.19$ يعنى الزياده قدرها 1.46$ .
مش هاتكلم عن اسعار الفاكهه والشيكولاته والمكسرات لانها بالنسبه لنا من الرفاهيات.. علشان الحكومه ترتاح
لاحظ ان فى الــ17 سنه اللى فاتوا مفيش سلعه زاد سعرها الضعف غير العيش.. مع الوضع فى الاعتبار ان المرتبات زادت والحد الادنى للاجور كان 5.5$ فى الساعه من عشر سنين والنهارده الحد الادنى للاجور 7.15$ فى الساعه
بالنسبه لمصر.. على ما اعتقد ان سعر اللحمه من عشر سنين مثلا كان 20 جنيه.. دلوقت اللحمه بحوالى 50 جنيه لو مش لحمه حمير. يعنى السعر زاد تقريبا مره ونصف فى عشر سنين مش 17 سنه.
زجاجه الزيت فى مصر اصبحت بــ13 جنيه وكانت من عشر سنين مثلا بــ3 جنيه يعنى السعر زاد 400%. نفس الزياده الجنونيه بالنسبه للسكر واللبين..اما العيش فهو مشكله تانيه خالص.. لان العيش فى مصر اصبح له شهداء زى شهداء حرب اكتوبر وحرب الاستنزاف
ببساطه: متوسط نسب زياده الاسعار فى امريكا خلال الــ17 سنه اللى فاتت كانت مابين 3%-7% تقريبا.. وهذه الزياده كان معاها زياده فى المرتبات والحد الادنى للاجور وشبه ثبات فى الضرايب.. حتى السنه دى 2008 علشان الاقتصاد تعبان شويه هنا.. قررت الحكومه الامريكيه صرف مساعدات لجميع المواطنين.. كل اسره هيوصلها شيك فى البريد.. قيمه الشيك هتكون على حسب عدد افراد الاسره والاطفال ..الخ
فى مصر متوسط زياده الاسعار خلال الــ10 سنين اللى فاتوا كانت حوالى 300% مع ثبات الاجور والمرتبات ان لم تقل
خاتمه: من غير فذلكه اقتصاديه ومن غير ما الدكتور نظيف عظّم الله اجره ما يلعب فى شنبه.. زياده الاسعار فى مصر لما يقابلها اى زياده فى المرتبات والاجور زى ما بيحصل فى جميع دول العالم حتى جزر القمر.. يعنى لسه المدرس بياخد 100 حنيه فى الشهر وفى ناس لسه بتاخد 400 جنيه فى الشهر.. بالاضافه الى التدهور الرهيب فى نظام التأمين الصحى والمستشفيات وعلاء اسعار الدواء
يعنى لو حبيبت تعمل عمليه جراحيه مش هتقل عن 10 الاف جنيه مثلا ده لو حبيت تطلع بكل اعضاء جسمك اللى دخلت بيهم
المستقبل كاحل السواد.. و الحاضر اسود من قرن الخروب وده يجعلنا فى اشد الحاجه الى النظريه الاقتصاديه الشهيره.. ما اشربش الشاى اشرب ازوزه انا مع تعديل بسيط جدا عليها الا وهو تعديل السكر غلى وانا احلى بأيه
واحا جدا يا حكومه

He lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, but is afraid to use the bathroom onflights because he doesn't want to frighten his fellow passengers as hewalks down the aisle. He thinks anti-Muslim sentiment in the country isgetting worse, not better. "I'm not so much worried about myself," he adds."It's the young people I'm concerned with. In the July 30 Newsweek cover "Islam in America" (on newsstands Monday,July 23), Senior Editor Lisa Miller and a team of Newsweek correspondentsreport that as the Muslim community expands and becomes more established,tensions within the community are also growing-between young and old,immigrant and native-born. Across the country, second- and third-generationMuslims are visibly grappling with how to be Muslim and American at once,while their parents look on with pride-and, like Siddiq, concern. Americans are largely accepting of the Muslims among them but remainworried about radicals inside the United States, according a new NewsweekPoll-the first the magazine has conducted on attitudes toward IslamicAmericans. Forty percent of those surveyed believe Muslims in the UnitedStates are as loyal to the U.S. as they are to Islam. (Thirty-two percentbelieve American Muslims are less loyal to the U.S.) But close to half (46percent) of Americans say this country allows too many immigrants to comehere from Muslim countries. Newsweek reports that nearly six years after 9/11, the story of Muslimsin America is one of overwhelming success. "Most Muslims in America thinkof themselves as Americans," said Charlie Allen, intelligence chief at theHomeland Security Department. In fact, Muslim Americans represent the most affluent, integrated,politically engaged Muslim community in the Western world. According to amajor survey done by the Pew Research Center and released last spring,Muslims in America earn about the same as their neighbors, and theireducational levels are about the same. An overwhelming number -- 71% --agree that in America, you can "get ahead with hard work." In starkcontrast, Muslims in France, Germany and England are about 20% more likelyto live in poverty. There are 2.35 million Muslims in America according to Pew, though manyestimates put that number much higher, and 65 percent of them are foreign-born. They came for education and advancement, but also to follow family,and -- as is the case of the 35,000 Somalis who began arriving in the 1990s-- to flee war and oppression in their home countries. The pull of theAmerican dream remains strong. "The U.S. is founded on the idea that we'reall connected to a set of ideas, not a set of histories," says KeithEllison, the Democrat from Minnesota who is Congress's first Muslim. "Forall our criticisms, the idea of America is an amazing thing -- a societyorganized around a set of principles instead of around racial or culturalidentity." An equally critical but perhaps less obvious benefit to U.S. Muslims isthe religiosity of the American people. Even if a religious practice isregarded with suspicion in America, it is generally treated with respect.In Newsweek's Poll, 69 percent of Americans said they thought MuslimAmerican students should be allowed to wear headscarves in class. "When Isay to an evangelical Christian, 'It's prayer time,' they might questionthe way I pray, but they understand viscerally the importance of prayer,"says Eboo Patel, founder of the Interfaith Youth Core in Chicago. "When Ilived in England" -- which Patel did from 1998 to 2001 -- "and I said,'It's prayer time,' people looked at me as if I was an alien." It wouldn't be too much of an exaggeration to say that on September 10,2001, the Muslim American universe was largely invisible. If their doctoror accountant was Muslim, the average American probably didn't give it muchthought. The Muslim community itself was partially responsible for thisisolation-like the Italian, Irish, and Jewish immigrants before them, manyhunkered down in ethnic enclaves. They strove to fit in, but quietly. Therelative peace that came with invisibility disappeared after 9/11. WhenMuslims became objects of fear, "people who had never recognized and seenthemselves as Muslims had no choice but to see themselves as Muslim," saysMuzaffar Chisti, director of the Migration Policy Institute at the New YorkUniversity School of Law. For younger Muslims the attention of the world means they have tograpple in a very conscious way with what they call their hyphenatedidentity. The result has been an open embrace of their religion, but in amanner suited to the community's diversity.
